Overview
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of solpedio.com (the “Site”) and any interior design services provided by Solpedio (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Definitions
- Client
- The individual or entity engaging Solpedio for design services.
- Services
- Interior design activities such as concept design, documentation, procurement, site coordination and styling.
- Proposal
- Our written scope, fee and timeline provided after an initial brief.
Services & Engagement
- We provide Services as outlined in the applicable Proposal accepted by the Client.
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to approvals, supply chains or site conditions.
- We may recommend third-party consultants (e.g., certifiers, engineers); you contract with them directly unless agreed otherwise.
Fees, Invoices & Payments
- Fees are as stated in the Proposal (fixed fee, hourly, or blended). GST may apply where required.
- Invoices are typically issued at project milestones or monthly for time-based work; payment terms are stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may pause Services. Deposits for goods are non-refundable once orders are placed.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback and site access as needed.
- Obtain required consents/approvals unless our Proposal states we will coordinate these.
- Engage competent builders/contractors. We are not responsible for their performance.
Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in our concepts, drawings, specifications, text, images and materials, whether in draft or final form. Upon full payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables solely for the project and location specified in the Proposal. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute our content without written permission.
Materials, Orders & Suppliers
- Lead times and availability can change. Alternatives of comparable quality may be proposed if items are discontinued or delayed.
- Colour/texture variations may occur between samples and production batches; this is a normal characteristic of many materials.
- Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
Changes, Delays & Cancellations
- Client-requested scope changes after acceptance of the Proposal may require a variation and fee adjustment.
- If a project is paused by the Client for more than 30 days, we may invoice work completed to date and re-schedule based on availability.
- Orders placed on your behalf may be non-cancelable or subject to supplier fees.
Warranties & Liability
We provide Services with due care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts/omissions of contractors or suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

- The Site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
- Third-party links are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
- You must not misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt security or availability.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute.
